We're looking for the type of programmer that reads The Pragmatic Programmer, knows who the Gang of Four are (and perhaps has met them) and participates in the latest and greatest in the software development industry. We operate under Scrum across various environments (primarily C# in .NET and some PHP) using fast-paced short iterations delivering real value to stakeholders. We understand that software development is a highly skilled craft and treat developers accordingly. You won't battle with slow machines since you'll have at minimum 8GB RAM, four 15K RPM HDDs in RAID-0 and three huge LCD monitors. Every day we do whatever is in our power to remove roadblocks so you can do your job effectively and develop great software. We take software development seriously!
